Tour Details – One Day Three Islands – Kayaking Dubrovnik

Paddling distance: 6 or 12 km
Difficulty level: Easy
Kayaking profile: No previous paddling experience is necessary providing you can swim and your health condition is good.
Activities: Sea kayaking is the main activity on this tour, but there is also plenty of time for island walking, swimming, snorkeling and sightseeing. Our guides speak English and they are ready to assist with paddling tips and their knowledge of the area.

Meeting place: Dubrovnik, Port of Gruz
Meeting time: 09,30am
Transfer to and from the islands by ferry

Description – Full Day Sea Kayaking Tour starting from Dubrovnik

This full day sea kayaking tour starts from Dubrovnik and it is perfect for those who want to get the most out of the Elaphite Islands in just one day, but still be away from the tourist crowds. There is no better way to see the islands than by kayak. You will see stunning rock formations, charming settlements Lopud and Sipan, green pinewoods touching crystal clear Adriatic sea… This is a small group adventure, ideal for those who are based in Dubrovnik. We meet at the Port of Gruz from where we take the boat to the island of Lopud. No previous paddling experience is needed, providing you can swim and your health condition is good. Both single and double kayaks are available.  The tour starts with the instructions in shallow protected bay. After the instructions we paddle to the island of Sipan, visiting natural stone arch and Green Cave on the way . After 1.5 – 2 hours of easy paddling we reach Sudjuradj – charming fishing village located in a protected bay. There will be some free time for lunch and the guide will recommend some good family owned restaurants that serve traditional local specialties. After lunch break we paddle back to Lopud, en route passing near the island of Ruda. When we reach Lopud there will be some time for the island exploring before we take the ferry back to Dubrovnik.

Cloathing

On this tour, we recomend to bring along: T-shirt for paddling, hat, sun glasses, shorts, beach sandals, some dry cloathes to change after the tour (dry cloathes will be stored in dry bag).The clients will be issued life jackets, sprey skirts and dry bags (where they can store their camera or some other personal belongings).
